Community Arts

Mural projects began in 2000 with a commissioned project in Windsor involving adults with a range of learning difficulties.  The theme chosen was 'time' and the underpass included 24 panels of work which were all painted by community volunteers under the leadership of Clarissa Haley.  Nine years later the mural is still as bright and fresh as when completed!
