Space Today has 14 years experience of working with community groups and the arts.

Mural projects began in 1999 with a commissioned project in Windsor involving adults with a range of learning disabilities.  The theme chosen was 'time' and the underpass included 24 panels of artwork which were all painted by community volunteers under the leadership of Clarissa Haley.  The project showcased an effective working partnership between local business, charities and local authority provision.  The mural continues to evoke a sense of civic pride today.

IHY - Frontier Science through Arts was funded by the Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and involved 16 workshops for young people with special needs across England and Wales.  An event with Herefordshire Headway was also under taken - supporting adults with acquired brain injuries.  The project finished in July 2009.
